Business Terms and Rules of the Fresherie Bistro Loyalty Program
The operator of the FRESHERIE BISTRO Loyalty Program is NUDE Juice and Smoothie co., Ltd., ID No .: 272 02 071, with registered office at Zahradní město 3190 / 2a, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague in Section C, File 104089 (hereinafter referred to as ” Company”).
The benefits of the FRESHERIE BISTRO loyalty program are only available to the holders of the loyalty card. Any natural person requesting the issue of the card will become the holder of the FRESHERIE BISTRO loyalty card and at the same time will agree to the rules of the FRESHERIE BISTRO loyalty program according to these business terms and rules of the FRESHERIE BISTRO loyalty program.
The Company reserves the right at any time to change and adjust the rules of the FRESHERIE BISTRO Loyalty Program (hereinafter referred to as the “Rules”) and the amount and form of all bonuses to it.
Loyalty card will be handed over to the customer by FRESHERIE BISTRO, which is located at Hvězdova 1734 / 2c, Prague 4, 140 00 (“FRESHERIE BISTRO”). To activate a loyalty card, it is necessary that the customer first completes the registration form. This registration form is available on the Company’s website: www.fresherie-bistro.cz in the loyalty program section. The data of the loyalty card holders included in the registration form will be returned to the fidelity card holder’s database.
Other benefits from registration:
- possibility to block the card and keep the balance
- special offers and invitations to events, competitions
These conditions become effective on May 24, 2018.|
