The Fresherie Bistro – School Catering project builds on more than 20 years of experience of the Fresherie brand in the field of healthy living. We have been active on the Czech market since 2004, when we were among the first to introduce the concept of fresh juices and smoothies, followed by the original Frozen Yogurt concept – a healthy alternative to regular ice cream.
Since 2017, we have been running the successful Fresherie Bistro concept in Prague’s Pankrác district, offering breakfast, lunch, and office catering prepared from fresh, high-quality, and seasonal ingredients. We are now bringing our experience in gastronomy, our focus on quality and health, into the school environment.

What does Fresherie bring to schools?

Starting in September 2025, we are expanding our services to include school catering. The aim of the project is to deliver modern, tasty, and nutritionally balanced meals to children in kindergartens, primary and secondary schools.
We are among the first in the Czech Republic to already cook according to the principles of the new nutritional standards, which will officially be introduced by the Ministry of Education on September 1, 2026. This change promotes a healthier, more diverse, and more sustainable menu that supports proper eating habits in children.
